Cimarron Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is distilled from hillside agave grown at 4,620′ elevation. A low-pressure, slow agave roast creates Cimarron’s bright, forward flavor, and fermentation is entirely natural using winemakers’ yeast.

Unaged and clean with intense aromas of fresh agave. Vibrant with lemon peel, black pepper, and minerals. Smooth as silk, with a slight sweet kick on a lengthy finish, which is so easy it’s criminal.

Soft mouth feel, light to medium bodied palate with bright agave flavor; notes of pepper, vanilla bean, grilled pineapple and spice. Elegant, clean finish that ends with a hint of spice.

Crystal clear, un-aged tequila that allows its 100% agave flavor to shine. This is tequila at its simplest.

Distilled from 100% Blue Weber Agave, it is typically unaged, clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
