Domaine Arnoux Chorey-Les-Beaune 2017 - Burgundy, France

Availability: In stock

100% Pinot Noir

Bright red color, this is a supple and light wine, dominated by flavors of raspberry and cherry. With moderate tannins and supporting acidity, the wine is full of brambly character, with a long, yet delicate finish.

For many generations, Domaine Arnoux Pere et Fils has been in the village of Chorey-les-Beaune perpetuating the Burgundian winemaking tradition. Domaine Arnoux covers just under 50 acres spread out over several parcels in Chorey and Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune and on the hill of Corton. The various climats have rich and diverse soils, and produce regional, village, Premier, and Grand Cru level wines. Through sustainable growing and harvesting practices, they guarantee exceptional quality every vintage. All grapes are harvested then fermented and bottled at the family’s winery. The Pinot Noir is destemmed before being crushed in a temperature-regulated stainless-steel vat. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is transferred into oak barrels and cellared for over a year.
