Lifted nose of sour apple, green pear, lemon, hints of dried mango, white nectarine kernel and stony minerals; dry and tightly wound with mineral grip and quite finely composed acidity carrying through a mouthwateringly long finish.

The nose shows green and spicy notes, on a floral background, with a touch of alpine herbs. In the mouth the fruit is juicy, with the freshness that pushes well vertically accompanied by a savory vein
